Funny name. Serious results.
Jethro Joe Consulting gives counsel to owners and builds the managers who run their operations. The name comes from the two best operators in Scripture.
Why "Jethro Joe"
In Exodus 18, Moses sits from morning until evening, judging every case himself. His father-in-law Jethro watches one day and tells him the truth: "The thing that thou doest is not good... thou art not able to perform it thyself alone." Then he gives him the structure. Able leaders over thousands, hundreds, fifties, and tens. "So shall it be easier for thyself, and they shall bear the burden with thee."
In Genesis 41, Joseph is put over the storehouses of Egypt. He plans seven years ahead, stores the grain, and keeps nations alive through the famine. Not with charisma. With faithful, disciplined management.
Jethro is the counsel. Joseph is the management. Most businesses need both, and most consultants only bring one.
And there's a real Jethro Joe. The name was first spoken over Larry Wiggins as a word about who he already is: the counselor who tells the leader the truth, and the manager you'd trust with everything you have. Funny name. Serious man.
Led by Jethro Joe & Alan
Larry Wiggins
Larry Wiggins grew up in Prichard, Alabama, in a home where right and wrong were taught plainly. He has spent fifty years building businesses: a supply company serving hospitals and janitorial firms, a contract cleaning company that grew to 400 employees, and for the last 28 years Renew Solutions Inc., an exterior building cleaning company built on 754, a cleaning additive he developed with a chemist. Through Renew Softwash, his franchise, he has put families into businesses of their own.
For more than 25 years he has led a men's gathering twice a week, in bars, office buildings, and now a food bank. He tells owners the truth: a good name doesn't make the phone ring. The work does.
"I want to help business owners serve God through their business and leave a legacy. That they were hard workers, they built the Kingdom, and it wasn't all about selfishness."
Alan Bailey
Alan Bailey has spent more than thirty years walking into chaos and helping people see a clear way forward. He serves in leadership across a ten-location, multi-million dollar automotive service operation today, where he helped anchor teams through a major corporate acquisition. As a turnaround consultant for a private investment group, he rebuilt a struggling payroll company's staffing, sales, and culture until it sold at a 30 percent profit. He sold and installed more than $26 million in medical imaging systems across multiple states, and as a radio general manager he doubled revenue in 90 days.
He began as a U.S. Army radiological technologist, training more than 500 medical personnel across ten sites. In Haiti, he led crisis logistics and built a multi-building mission complex from the ground up. He has served more than twenty years as a pastor and founded Hope Like A Virus. The Caisson Method comes from all of it: the foundation nobody sees, carrying everything everybody sees.
"All I want to do is change the world by helping people become the best version of themselves they can be."
How we work
- We give you a fair price after we understand your business, and then you decide. No pressure closes.
- We make no income promises. We measure results in your business: turnover, retention, and a manager who can run the day.
- We only recommend the next step you actually need, even if it's the smallest one.
- A portion of every engagement funds free help for ministries and small nonprofits that can't pay.
